Very very bad service and all are cheater and staff was very rudely and mannerless, plz avoid to stay here for your family safety and personal security. Specially for family this hotel is not safe

Rooms are dirty and beds are filled with bed bugs. Even after showing bed bugs, they are not accepting and putting blame on guests. It is not worth for staying. Bedsheet and blanket are dirty. commode is not properly cleaned.

Minus rating is not available i am giving 1 star Insect , croakaches , and other reptile is in the room. Room cleaning is dirty, even infrastructure is not good . Facilities are not provided as per price. Highly recomended do not book room and not stay here. Hotel vipul palace .

This is the worst experience I ever had. The driver doesn't have etiquette's to talk to their guests. Not at all cooperative. They just know how to fool the guests. I will never recommend this hotel.

extremely bad hotel ever,if you dont want to ruin your holly trip dont stay here ,they are biggest liar,rude people who are running this property mannerless people,they won't accomplish the things which they commit to you on the time of booking,Pathetic money minded people i repeated again dont go for this property

Good place to stay at reasonable price near Katra market. Rooms are good also the uska services.

THIS IS FOUR STORIES ROADSIDE BUILDING WITH BALCONY AND TRANSPOTATION SERVICES FROM MATA VAISHNO DEVI KATRA STATION AND TO BANGANGA. DECORATIVE AND CLEAN ROOMS. I STAYED ROOM NO 103 AT FIRST FLOOR.

Worst hotel ever ... please please don't stay here otherwise u will face so much of difficulty...every room have cockroach, spider, bed bugs ..room service is very poor and most imp clock room is not safe they don't even have camera in clock room...my imp stuff got stolen. My suggestion is make ur journey good and safe not worst. The people at reception will make you liable for the lost stuff and if you tell them that you are going to file a police complaint then they says do whatever you want because they have good connection locally.
