Hotel Maa Trinayani Palace - Hotel in Katra - default, India

It's a nice hotel.Staff is very nice and polite. Rooms and toilets sizes were good and sanitized. Food was fresh and good. Pick and drop service is available at reasonable rates. At present some maintenance is required in rooms hope it will be done soon. Would like to stay again there. Thanks/Alok

First of all it is at a place which is away from Market and Railway station. There is hardly a chance that you will be able to catch an auto. Now, when I went into the room the bed wasn't properly cleaned. And the washroom had leakage. Food was fine, but tea seemed like Hot water. Not at all good. The rating is just for good food and friendly staff

The hotel offers a peaceful and affordable stay in Katra. The location is a bit away from the central market but the advantage that you get is a peaceful stay after a tiring trip to bhawan. The hotel is recommended for a stay as all the hotel staff are well behaved and they will ensure that you have a good experience at the hotel. The rooms are basic and with all necessary facilities.

The manager was so friendly. As we only stayed for one night here. The breakfast was good. And the hotel provides free pickup and drop upto frisking point. We were done with trekking and we reached frisking point. We called the hotel for pickup. While he was on his way we went to have some tea and coffee on roadside. He reached the place and the driver was rude that how much time I have to wait. You just come by walk. I can't wait for you. Then we had an argument. After that while we are going back to the hotel he just rode the vehicle so reckless and over speed.He just spoiled the mood. Because of that driver I'm giving 4 star. Thank you

The property is well located away from the main market, which provides a peaceful stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathrooms are spacious and maintain standard hygiene but not a luxurious experience. The hotel staff behaviour has been extremely courteous except for one driver who was extremely rude. The restaurant food was decent, barring a few exceptions. The staff were really helpful and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible. They offer complimentary pickup and drop from the Temple entry gate and you can also avail the same services for markets and other nearby places at a nominal rate. They offer laundry services too. We had some issues with geyser in our room and they addressed it instantly. Overall, I am happy with the place and would surely prefer this hotel for my future visits.

I stayed here for 2 nights for Darshan of Maa Vaishno Devi - Room is very specious but not so clean , washroom is not clean as I expected - Service & Food is good , but all over its average from my side , Hotel location is very good / Pick and drop facility upto Barganga for Darshan it was really help us . This hotel is not at all recommended. Here are the basic problems - quality of rooms, no drinking water bottles on daily basis except for day 1, non-functional AC, broken toilet sheets, non-functional taps in really bad condition, 24 hrs water dripping from taps, regular no-water issue, lot of insects roaming around in the room, torn linens; bedsheets and towel with no policy of retirement, can't use foul smelling blankets, no linen change while three nights of stay.
