Title: A Nightmare Hotel Experience - Avoid at All Costs! Review: I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and it was by far the worst hotel I have ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, it became evident that this was a place to be avoided at all costs. Let's start with the bathroom, which was nothing short of a disaster. The tiles were cracked, dirty, and in desperate need of repair. The towels provided were in terrible condition, with stains and an unpleasant odor that made me question their cleanliness. It was clear that the hotel's housekeeping standards were abysmal, leaving guests with a feeling of discomfort and disgust. Moving on to the bed and bedding, it was a nightmare. The mattress was old, worn-out, and incredibly uncomfortable. I could feel the springs poking through, making it nearly impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The bedsheets were no better - they were worn, tattered, and stained, adding to the overall sense of uncleanliness and discomfort. To make matters worse, the room had numerous maintenance issues. The sockets and regulators were not functioning properly, which meant I couldn't charge my devices or adjust the temperature in the room. It was incredibly frustrating to have these basic amenities not working, adding to the overall disappointment of my stay. Furthermore, the hotel's location was far from ideal. It was situated in a questionable area, with a lack of security and a feeling of unease. I didn't feel safe walking around the neighborhood, especially at night. The noise from the streets was constant, making it difficult to find any peace or relaxation within the hotel premises. Lastly, the staff were unhelpful and indifferent to guests' concerns. They showed no willingness to address the maintenance issues or provide any sort of assistance. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. When I asked to change the room they gave me a key of a room with common bathroom. In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to reconsider. The poor bathroom conditions, uncomfortable beds and bedding, malfunctioning sockets and regulators, and unfavorable location make it a place to avoid. Don't subject yourself to such a disappointing and unpleasant experience - look for alternative accommodations that prioritize cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction

We halted here on our way to Vaishnodevi darshan. The hotel is located in market area and quite walkable to the local market. The condition of the rooms is very poor. Water leakage in the bathrooms, water seepage in walls of the bedroom. No hygiene. I didn't even want to click pictures and post.

It was fantastic experience with the hotel. Service was awesome and food was like home. Must recommend.

The location was good..10min walking distance from Railway station.. Entrance offers direct view of Vaishno Devi Temple.. The check in and check out process went smooth and quick.. Offered soaps, towels, geyser service on time.. Only if the rooms were more clean, then would have given it 5star..

Sai shri is beautifully located. It's a budget friendly hotel for Mata Vaishnodevi pilgrims. Good cleanliness and the Manager had been courthouse during our stay. They provide delicious food also at reasonable price.

It was an amazing stay. Hotel is very close to railway station and the bus stand. The Hotel staff, the owner and the manager were very cooperative and understanding. The market vicinity is also very close by and feasible. Most importantly a glimpse of hill top view around mata ranis bhavan could be sighted from the hotels entry gate.

The stay was amazing. The staff was really considerate, the rooms were clean, and view from the windows was really nice (could see clouds from there). And most importantly, the rooms were clean. The staff was very prompt with our requests and in addition, the food places and shopping places were really close. At walking distance. The only negative thing that I found that were the furniture and the linen. It wasn't that great. But didn't matter to us that much because our plan was to stay outdoors mostly.
