Newly built property. Good staff. Food costly but good. I would rate this property 5 star but just because of below incident I am rating it 2 star now so that it would not happen to any one else. Alert: Though all the services at this property are recommendable and best in my opinion but I was unfortunate to book a car for my Patnitop trip through them. My child and my wife had motion sickness on the way and so vomited a bit on way suddenly on his car's door outside and we finally cleaned his car ourselves in middle of our way because of his high note voice and shouting. It felt like he is not a human and comes from some other world. Be alert with such inhuman people before you travel with the family. Insensitive driver. Thanks.

Lift, RO water, Canteen, Hot water 24 hr, WIFI, TV, location, staff, parking, cleanness Everything is fine except kettle. Good for family stay.

Good hotel with great service. Clean and tidy rooms. Provided with free pick and drop to railway station. Only thing missing in hotel is lift.

Pros * Great room service and staff. Special mention to Mr. Sushil Sharma, who helped us in every possible manner to arrange meal, milk for my daughter in the middle of the night and that too politely refused to take any tip. I had a good stay, rooms are good and food is also nice, overall services were also good. I would like to visit again
