"SYNERGY" is a fantastic gym!! The instructors are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. I've been impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the gym. Lots of equipment to work with and they do a great job of keeping the gym clean. Love all the staff and trainers.

The atmosphere is good and the trainers are well behaved! Thats all that one needs!
