The best gym in meghalaya. I love this place it has the best trainers, the best equipment and the best people. The trainers are very friendly and very supportive. The owner is very kind and supportive. The best place and i would recommended everyone to come here.

Good for powerlifting and bodybuilding. New location is also good for those who want to do plyometric or sports related training. There's Zumba if you are into that.

One of the best Gym cum Aerobics studio in Shillong. It's a place where you get customised workouts and personal attention. The instructors are trained and highly professional. The gym has adequate equipment for every possible workout. The ambience is great and the maintenance is very good.

Best place to get a peaceful workout personally. I usually go in around late morning and there isn't anyone else there apart from the trainers who for once have enough knowledge about weight training and stretching and form! The space can be a little tight at times but the quality and choice of equipments make up for that. It may not be the largest gym but you'll find everything you may need there which most gyms don't. It's also well lit and very well ventilated with many doors and windows which are always open. In other words it's a great place with amazing and well taken care of equipment and it doesn't stink of sweat in there.
