It's a great gym. It's got most equipments n facilities. But it's mainly for those who r into bodybuilding training. Since I'm into CrossFit, it's a bit difficult for me to train here as CrossFit s regimen is different from that of bodybuilding's.

Good equipments friendly staff and overall a good gym you'll need sneakers and a full size towel to be used there when you go.

Good place to train. Not expensive. Good trainers. Decent equipment. Not a posh gym, but one that has most services required to train.
