If you are looking for a gym this is IT!! It's precisely been five months since I have joined this gym and I have losed over 16 kilos because of my hard work but mainly because of how supportive, motivating and patient sir (trainer) has been with me. Iam a lot more confident and happy with myself and this gym is the best one I would recommend for anyone. It's not all that fancy but it has all the needed equipments with the right kind of environment one needs.

The gym is small but has a lot of different kinds of machines , working out during non crowded hours would be the best. I really wish i had taken pics when i went for a trial , totally recommended .

A good gym for sure, i agree the equipments are not sufficient but the environment is good. The trainer, he is the sweetest will guide you through out.

Excellent 5 months experience at PowerHouse Gym. The trainer, Rakesh, is humble, knowledgeable and a great mentor. He ensures that each person at the gym gets the best out of him. I have the experience of working out in Delhi, Bangalore and Guwahati, and so far, none of the trainers I've trained with can beat him. I've made a lot of progress at Power House Gym, thanks to him. Unfortunately, I had to leave Shillong but I hope someday I'll be able to work out under his guidance again. Kudos and Good Luck!

Best gym in shillong. Every one is equal in this gym. The most best thing is the trainer. He trained me like I'm his friend. Very disciplined person.
