It's good for beginners to begin with exceptionally well qualified trainers to train with The gym has three floor one for Zumba, two floor for work out, cardio,and crossfit. The equipments are of high quality standards and its well maintained and clean The trainers ans staff are very friendly and polite The trainers are always at your reach when help is needed. For the beginners the chart is prepared as per the course by the trainers The gym has very positive friendly vibe Separate locker and seperate change rooms for men and women with attached toilet and shower facility. "SYNERGY" is a fantastic gym!! The instructors are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.
