I've had the privilege of being under the care of a wonderful gynecologist, Dr Praveena Shenoi, at Rainbow Hospital. She is not only highly knowledgeable but also exceptionally kind and generous. The hospital itself is impressively well-maintained, offering a range of amenities that make the overall experience comfortable. I highly recommend both the gynecologist and Rainbow Hospital for their excellent service and care.

We had consultation with Doctor Praveena Shenoi. Consultation with her was worth it since Last three times and we are happy to go back. So it's 5-Stars But the worst part is the waiting period even after a scheduled appointment. This gets 0-Stars. For instance, 1st Visit appointment time 6p.m & we actually got to meet the doctor at 7:45p.m. 2nd visit my wife went alone and it was a 40 min wait. 3rd visit Appointment time 5:10p.m, it's 7:10 and there are still 11 people in the list before us. The standard reason with the receptionist is "there was an emergency & hence the delay" in all the above visits. Hope the hospital does look into this worrisome waiting period especially with children alongside and elders back home and any other further plans all go haywire. The hospital has good infrastructure and facilities otherwise. Good canteen and t-shops on each floor with limited options at reasonable prices

We are extremely glad and satisfied that our new born baby was under the watchful consultation of one of the most renowned and highly experienced pediateicians, Dr Aravind Shenoy. Special mention of reception staff Damodar and Sister Mousimi who helped us coordinate all the visits for followups and vaccinations.

Location: Located in prime location of outer ring road. Service: Very good service in all departments. In-patients will be provided with a calling bell having options to call different departments such as nursing, maintenance etc., Doctors visits regularly and checks do if any issues they will be able to help. Nursing dept- They respond to the calls within a minute. We have called them multiple times for all nursing needs, they attended immediately and helped happily. No complaints. Cleaning dept- They regularly clean rooms. First they do dry mop followed by wet to maintain hygiene environment which is highly appreciable. And the staff are just awesome. Admin dept- They regularly visits room and ask for feedbacks. Any issues we report they address immediately. Parking: 2 level of underground parking. If admitted, they issue a pass which can be used until getting discharged and it is for only one vehicle. Otherwise it is pro rated hourly basis charges. Seems high but compared to other hospitals it us moderate. Recommendation to hospital: I feel out-patient consultation fee is high. For the very next day after discharge also they charged Rs 900/- which is high and in many hospitals this is free if we are visiting the hospitals within a week after disc

Hospital rooms are clean and well maintained. Staffs are friendly and responds well to the patient as well as to the attender. Top doctors in town. They provide Hygienic food. Overall one of the best children's hospital to look for in Bangalore.

We started our consultation at Rainbow Marathahalli from day one of our pregnancy. They have made our entire journey very easy and wonderful. Whether it is the doctor, nurses, or the administrative or the support staff everyone was very helpful and engaging. Special thanks to Dr. Srividya who was our constant support and guide during our entire pregnancy and helped us deliver our beautiful daughter. Really recommend Rainbow.

Worst hospital ever.. I had an appointment there at 12:30 but they took long 2 hours for me to meet the doctor, I was alone with my son who has special needs, he was not able to sit or stand he was lying on the floor for 2 hours, staff was moving around giggling Poor management, no courtesy, taking appointments is waste of time.. this was my last visit ever.
