United Hospital is an excellent hospital located in Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bangalore. Hospital premises are maintained very well, clean and hygienic. Facilities provided are good. We admitted under Dr Rajiv Bashetty, for kidney stone treatment, Doctor is excellent, gem of a person. Treatment was good, treated with utmost care. Hospital staff were very professional and friendly in nature. Recommended.

I apprecite united hospital for all of there support and hoslitic care for my mom operation , thanks for dr chandra moli and his beautiful team , its one of the best hospital in taking care of the patient , if you need best dr in knee replacment so blindly go a head with dr chandra moli and his team . Best hospital when you compare the attention you get from staff and doctors. There are many hospitals that cost hefty but this hospital has all facilities, very neat and especially the attention from staff with a reduced price. It's less known to people but whoever has visited have a very good opinion. Been here for a health check-up, there were so many people there from police department but we had one staff that kept on guiding us and making sure we don't wait for long and was in constant touch. They made the process simple even in a challenging environment. The machines and hospital furniture are maintained as new and taken care of wonderfully. Kudos to the hospital Management for maintaining such a standard and I'm sure in coming days if it's maintained as it is then they can be better than all the hospitals around.

Outstanding Service ..5 stars. My Wife had to be operated and was admitted to United Hospital jayanagar for ACL (knee surgery in Jul'23.) Our sincere thanks to Dr. Chandramouli who is calm , humble , patient n composed n Dr. chandan who explained in detail , excellent service, motivated us and guided us to Handle post n pre operation. My deepest gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service provided starting from Insurance krishne gowda , Satish n both the manjunath's ( multiple pre admission queries n follow ups) ,to on boarding n discharge.) The Duty doctors , physiotherapists , staff , nurses, n even the cleaning staff all of them have a smiling face , are very approachable , helping n took amazing care of My Wife . We dint feel it's a Hospital unlike the big brands , n most importantly hygiene was Top notch in , felt like we are staying in a premium hotel n not a Hospital. Vallet parking is also available for convenience. Thanks to Misbah reception, madhakka in cleaning department n all the staffs in (cleaning department) , Dr.Waquar , Dr poorvika , Shilpa staff n all the nurses who gave complete care 24/7..with a smile. Quality n tasty food by canteen no need to step out in search of outside food. Overall quality Service with great care. No Hassels or challenges faced .. operation n training went v well .Pretty smooth n as an attendent I was at ease. I had the opportunity to meet Dr.Vikram MD N he was very open to take any feedback n was also very approachable thanks for leading a great Team sir. Continue the great work n i am sure they will come with multiple new branches to serve the larger society ...in the near future.

The hospital services are very excellent, and there is a valet parking service. Since our entry, we have been received in the best way. The reception department was very helpful and always had a smile. There is also an escort service for elderly. The assistant accompanied us and helped us push my father's wheelchair until we finished the services. The doctor was understanding and a good listener. She diagnosed the condition smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend this hospital.

Recently we have visited United Hospital, Jayanagar, Bangalore for heart health package test, which is most popular. The hospital atmosphere, staff, lab facility, CT scanning, Echo scanning are on top class. The hospital is offering at a very reasonable rates to help public. The location of the hospital is also good. we suggest every one to make use of this facility and also other services offered by Hospital at very reasonable rates. Visited for corporate health check. Hospital staff was courteous. There was no rush, so everything was done very quickly. Even the reports were available within 2 hours. Post testing doctor consultation could have been better. Doctor looked uninterested and tried to finish consultation as quick as possible. Overall, good for package checkup as time spent is quite low and staff behavior is good. One con was that the toilet was very dirty. A hospital toilet should be clean to avoid contamination.
