They showed me a new way to look at yoga, I came here to only strengthen my own practice but my teachers inspired me so much, Teacher style of teaching is very informative. Therapist has so many healing teachings and words that teach you life lessons that you will carry with you along your whole life. They will make you laugh and feel comfortable enough to express your own thoughts and discuss in class. They will always go out of her way to help you in anyway. They always made sure we were comfortable. The staff overall, was so helpful.
