We got our child delivered here. We really had a great experience at hospital. Doctor Kavitha ma'am is very supportive and listens very patiently. All the staffs is very passionate about their work. Experience couldn't have been better. We wish we knew about the hospital earlier.

It was a great experience with kinder hospital Whitefield, very clean and calm environment, Nursing staffs Archana and Gayathri was very supportive and well trained, Dr Sreejarani very polite in listening our queries and explained the complete process which made us very confident and comfortable, Sharanya from Customer care team coordinated from day one which we didn't had any issue over all, Billing team Nisha and Nirmal made the process Hazell free, I strongly recommend Kinder Hospital where you will get excellent service.

Just discharged today. Hospital has all facilities. Treatment Process is smooth and all staff working pro-actively. We have taken Jananimitra package and blessed with our baby girl through C-Section with best supervision and caring. Pros: 1. Dr.Yasmin - Senior most and experienced enough, treated in all the aspects throughout pregnancy. 2. Ward Sisters - No peer can beat this hospital. Nedhu, Gayatri are exceptional in taking care feels like family kind personality. OPD - Divya is also exceptional since the beginning of pregnancy. Not able to remember all names but most of them are good going. 3. Reception - Well Organised. Has small issue but they were able to understand and fix internally. 4. Scanning - Overall good but might need to understand with Dr. Prescription sometimes. Cons: No cashless claim opportunity with my insurance - mediassist Finally I would like say, if some looking for conception to delivery then this hospital is the best in Bangalore. Pathetic experience. This hospital does not have all the facilities available which are required - no proper labs (most of the tests are outsourced and takes minimum 4 days to complete), less doctor availability like the ultrasound doctor is only available for 1 hour in morning, support staff is not very supportive and seems helpless, reception people sometimes tells on phone that doctor appointment is confirmed but in actual they have not booked the appointment. For any lab tests, patient has to keep on calling the hospital every day asking reports but they do not take the ownership to confirm back. We availed the services of this hospital for 6 months and this is the overall experience. Initially we felt it might be 1-off instance but then it keeps on repeating. In short - one can only use this hospital if there is NO requirement of any lab tests or any other complications come. At any point if there is a need, CANNOT rely on this hospital to handle complications. Now I understand why there is no rush here.

My experience has been incredible. The consultation was very smooth. The knowledge I have gained from my dietitian Thousia has been insightful and quite useful in aiding my health. She is very calm composed and listened to me very patiently and suggested about my diet and daily workout. I am very thank you to her. Also the staffs and doctor in kinder hospital are very nice. Its nice and clean environment.

Had a wonderful experience here at kinder. We were visiting Dr Kavitha Pujar and she was very supportive and helped us throughout the pregnancy period. The staff are well trained and experienced and reply to every query made. Few more improvements required on maintenance/housekeeping as when we were admitted the ac was not working for a entire day and no backup was provided. Another area of improvement is the cafeteria, not much option to eat here but you are free to get food from outside/home which helps a bit. Overall had a great experience with all the doctors and staff here at Kinder.

This is the worst hospital which I have seen with respect to patient management. Their services in appointment booking, lab tests, report delivery and scanning slots management is pathetic. I had very bad experience with all of the above services. If someone looking for good patient care, I do not recommend this hospital. 1. Employees/ receptionist who takes patients call they do not know how to talk to patients. They are very arrogant and they incorrectly book the appointment slot most of the time. And their patients data is not updated with patient details. 2. Inspite of taking appointments weeks early, I had to wait for 2-3 hours to get our turn for scanning. This is mainly because they do not follow appointment slots or they always mess up with slots by booking a single slot for a twin baby or they may mis to book a slot for you in spite of calling them. Waiting for 2-3 hours is very frustrating. 3. Lab people are even more pathetic. They send reports after 25 days, if you don't follow up with them. I have received my report after 25 days and last report I have received after a week, this is after i followed up with them multiple times. 4. If we call for some help, they will simply say, call another number. You will keep calling different numbers but you do not get any help. Overall useless management and services. I am stuck here because atleast my doctor is good. I demand hospital to address all these issues and give good service to the patients for the money they are taking.
