One of the best of gyms in South Delhi to exist. The gym has polite staff who are also very helpful and kind. The trainers have good knowledge about different techniques and also offer personalised training. The gym itself has high quality machines as well as equipment. All of which by the way, are sanitized each time someone uses them. Most importantly the gym is open all 7 days of the week.
With these things out of the way the most important thing one wants to get out of a gym is return on investment. I personally have seen a difference in the way my body is being shaped, I used to go to local gyms but wasn't able to see the growth. I loved the experience of Life Fitness and Cybex equipment available in this gym. The form is almost always perfect and the grips are high quality which don't hurt your palms as much. The gym is well lit and also has aesthetic neon lights for your Instagram too
The pricing is also fairly good looking at the maintenance and quality they offer. I would say if you're looking for a gym do take a day trial here once to experience it yourself!

This is a fabulous gym. State of the art machines, brand new life fitness, cybex cardio and strength training machines. Dedicated staff to keep the gym sparkling clean and hygienic. Trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to teach and help. Very courteous staff and workouts are fun that three months running and i am already addicted. I would recommend this gym for beginners and especially women, it provides a safe, healthy, respectful space to work out.
Gym Shark has everything you need! My girlfriend and I both worked out there and were kindly greeted and treated well. Squats, water, lockers, pre workout, great prices. Highly recommend this to everyone. Especially visitors to Delhi!!
