I've purchased a bracelet from Amaris at a jewellery expo in Hyderabad. I ended up paying extra 50,000 rs accidentally. I was very skeptical about this excess amount that I've paid. But the staff of Amaris have been very helpful to me in this regards. They immediately sent me an email acknowledging the fact that they have my excess amount and that I can claim it whenever possible. I've visited their store in Delhi to check out their products and buy something for myself with the excess money. They have been in touch with me and have received me very well at their Delhi store. I've purchased a beautiful pair for earrings in exchange for my bracelet and I claimed my excess amount as well. The whole process was were seamless, special thanks to their staff members: Kriti, Mounika, Harsh and Pranay for providing such good service. I definitely would love to buy from them in the future.
