Great environment, helpful trainee with complete knowledge of fitness. Also the modern and upgraded machineries are setup up here. Need not to say about the owner MR. BHARAT so understanding and a great human being. Would recommend this fitness center to anyone. Also they have recently done some changes which makes it much better.

*Gym has all the facilities a Gym could offer. *Premises are very neat & clean and maintained. *Air Conditioning is very effective *Machines and Equipment are always kept intact and are replaced immediately if broken or not working *Steam Bath is always available without any hassle. Overall Highly Recommended Gym in the town. Also,the owner Mr Bharat Bhargav is very cooperative and very helpfull to all client. Bottomline :Its the best gym with very nominal fee structure. A must try if someone is looking to join Gym in Kapashera.

Best gym in Kapashera! Mr. Bharat, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful and is always around to guide you in the gym. The equipments are well maintained and the gym is kept squeaky clean! This was a non negotiable for me and I'm glad to have found a place that takes care of hygiene as a top priority. Highly recommend!

This Flex Appeal gym is very good. I joined this gym on 9 Oct and now I m very close to complete 1 month. Both the trainers and especially the owner of the gym are friendly and cooperative. Thanks to all of them.

Probably the best gym I have been to. Top quality equipment and space, amazing ambience! Trust me its one of the most elite gyms in NCR, if you want quality I can guarantee you there's no gym more value for money than flex appeal. Bharat bhai is extremely professional and friendly! You will not be disappointed.

I've lost so much...weight, since I started working with 98 kg but now weight is 80 kg I'm amazed by the results, and very grateful for your help.
