I got the best physique in that gym and proper guidance. Their trainer sahil bahi is to cooperative and helped me lot to get my phisque and the owner Aditya is also very cooperative..I recommend to all.

Gym is good but you should keep AC on everytime and make sure gym should be cool it's delhi and it's very hot at least AC must be there in whole gym and gym should be cool. AC should be on so that no one gets so much sweat and by this gym also will be keep clean or hygiene. Only where trainer or onwer sit there AC is working good otherwise in whole gym is so humid or hot. Hope this things resolve otherwise it's great gym , helpful trainer, humble , and machines are also alot and good .

Honestly this is the best gym I ever joined . This gym is literally helping me in shaping my physique. Shail bhai and aditya bhai both help me literally have a helping nature.......
