I luv dis place! Amazing gYm ! D staff here is incredibly friendly nd extremely qualified ! They know how to push u to the limit in the best way possible with ur workouts. U will not leave disappointed ! Such a family vibe as soon as u walk in the doors.. I highly recommend dis place to anyone who wants to get in shape

my hometown is uttarakhand and i m working in Shillong & recently i joined this gym i felt as if this is my hometown gym., whole staffs are indeed friendly and teaches exercises very well..
machine almost all available The coach's eyes are always on the new candidate whether he is doing the exercises correctly or not. And I request the youth to please join the gym and have a healthy body.. So finally I'm doing gym here and I'm very satisfied with all .
