Embassy Splendid Tech Zone - Technology park in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

One of the good Tech park in chennai located on Radial Road which is upcoming IT hub. Good connectivity to airport, chrompet, pallavaram, madipakkam and kovilambakkam areas.

I am searching for a negative star for this facility. Their signages for directions in the parking slots are the worst ever one can see (even a govt facility has a better marking of directions). At least the arrow mark can be done to suit the current setting as the painting can be changed anytime :(. Cafeteria is pathetic with only few vendors. Elevator facility is even worse as we need to wait for 30 minutes(both ways) for it to have lunch for 15 minutes in the cafeteria.

Not good, construction going very slow and the campus is worst. The road conditions are worstly maintained. No action taken by them to correct the roads. Dangerous for bikers. Worst maintained IT park by the management

It's good IT park in the radial road, close to access of airport, chrompet, pallavaram etc.. some areas to be improved like food courts, greenery etc. Overal best location.

It park with ample of space. As of now it is occupied by Fiserv, Teckion, Accenture, BNY Melon and Wells Fargo. There is still construction for other towers inside the IT park is going on.

It is located in pallavaram 200 feet road, very busiest place, IT firms and company, apartment, college is surrounded there. We need food means go to Chromepet and pallavaram very nearby hotels. Service road is not good, maintenance is going.

All securities to be trained well and get knowledge about the companies and routes..it took 20 mins to find the correct parking area and asked more than 10 security persons..but none of them have knowledge about the companies and parking area..
