This is the first time I had joined a high performance centre and was very skeptical about it. But Phoenix high performance centre broke all of that for me and it's turning out to be an amazing experience here. The equipments are of top-notch and the cleanliness is well maintained! I have been training with Star Coach Kiran for the last 2 months now with the goal of feeling better overall and I now feel motivated and energetic than ever before. He puts together a personalized and comprehensive workout plan to meet my goals and he helps me stay focused. Not only is he knowledgeable and has the technical training experience, but also an extremely passionate and overall a great guy!

My first ever sports experience and to be honest I was very nervous about joining one. But after joining phoenix it was one of the best experience here and the coaches here made me feel at ease and taught me every workout properly, they are all very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. My trainer , coach Dharshaa made sure to know my needs and came with a well pattern of routine and exercises to reach my goal , thank you for such detailed training coach The equipments are all well maintained and the ambience is very good . Would definitely stick on to the routines suggested by my coach

The environment is very comfortable with people who don't judge and the equipped with sophisticated equipment. They even have group sessions which are intense and engaging which makes attending gym consistently fun. I have been working out at this fitness academy for the past 45 days and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service provided here. My personal trainer, is an exceptional coach who is not only motivating but also has immense knowledge in science and cross fit. His training techniques are effective and efficient, and he always ensures that I am performing the exercises with the right form and technique. He is also very approachable and always takes the time to answer any questions that I have. 5 months ago I have been visiting Phoenix high performance center for almost 2 years now. Honestly one of the best center in the city. Trainers are very good and helpful. They are very patient and not only train you but they also teach and educate you about workouts specifically for each individual. The centre is very neat and clean..equipment are cleaned frequently. Staffs are patient and very friendly. I would also highly recommend kiran ,Hari ,Dharshaa if you are looking for personal trainers. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient. They can help you achieve your fitness goals by providing personalised experiences. I have mentioned these 3 because I have worked with them but all the other trainers are also very good.

I chose Phoenix sports academy because of its advanced fitness equipment. My personal trainer is Mr.Kiran . He's considerate, knowledgeable, and supportive. He has helped me lose 10 kg in just two months, and I am hopeful that I can achieve my target weight of 70 kg in the next six months. He evaluated my shortcomings and strengths and designed workouts around them. Personally, I believe this is the best High performance center for anyone looking for sports performance and gain weight or reduce weight.

I have been working out in the gym for nearly 2 months and they are providing good service and my Personal Trainer Kiran is one of the best Trainers who has immense knowledge in CrossFit and shares the tricks on how to perfectly do the Workouts and make sure the workouts are done in the correct posture. He also helps me to gain my metabolism and reduce the fat level compared to the first day of joining. He is always available on clearing the doubts in diet plan or in doing the workouts. Also all the staffs are friendly and the centre is well-equipped and neatly maintained.
