Yogi Ramesh was an excellent teacher. He gave individual attention to make sure you are doing the poses correctly but also making sure you don't injure yourself. He provides a peaceful environment so you can reach your yoga goals.

I have joined Adyar Yoga centre a month back and attending the 5 days a week session, and I'm really enjoying the session and learning different methods of Yoga with the Yoga master Mr. Ramesh. I am so happy and grateful to be part of this learning and I would recommend for those who would like to learn Yoga from the scratch irrespective of their age. Thank you!

The ambience is excellent. The teacher teaches each pose in detail and tells us about the benefits of each pose. It has been only a week since I started going here. He has been teaching me few poses for pregnancy.

My son who has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Specific Learning Disability has been attending Ramesh Sir's classes.The yoga class has been extremely useful for him. He enjoyed the classes. Ramesh Sir is an excellent instructor.The venue is also nice. It would be nice if weekend classes are also held.

Best place if you are a beginner and wondering where to start. Ramesh sir is very patient, he gives enough time to clear any doubts and improve postures. He helps in pain relief and customises stretching exercises based on one's needs and abilities.This place holds a positive vibe where you wouldn't wanna miss a single class. Hi I have been a student of ramesh sir for the past one month. I was not able to do even surya namaskar since my body was very stiff. Sir helped me in overcoming the mental blocks of doing asanas and also gave me the confidence that my body too can bend for asanas. He also helped immensely in managing my body pain with his expertise. Today I can do 12 rounds of surya namaskar and other asanas comfortably. Thank you sir for your guidance and patience. I have been going to Adyar Yoga since past 11 months, I would like to appreciate Yogi Ramesh, who conducts the classes with at-most professionism. He is highly experienced with what he conducts and understands every body type and work on it accordingly. And most importantly, he is very patient enough to listen and understand our situation and work on it accordingly. I would also like to give 5-star ratings to the ambience there, it's a superbly awesome location and is very blissful during morning 6-7. It's a must try.
