It's my work place since 2007. CBRE maintaining a good environment for the employees working in various companies there. Fountains, gardens are too good for relaxation. Spacious parking facility in LB And UB. Very very neat and clean environment. Monitoring and security is so good. We have an ambulance service there for 24/7. But the carbage bins near the 4th gate is irritating much. Beside some used to consume alcohol at the evening times. It's more more uncomfortable for the by passers.
Central kitchen interior is good. Maintenance is in progress currently.
Olympia, housed many corporate IT companies and ITES companies which has state of the art next generation facilities, amenities within. Starting from entrance till exit, physical security and guided every floor by security guards and direction sign boards are great. Spacious parking and dining area too.
One of the biggest IT Tech park which has been turned into a landmark for chennai. It comprises many IT companies inside it. A well maintained and well organized place.
A well built IT park with lotsa office, I have been to citius and altius. Could get pretty confusing. They have a food court with lil bit varieties. Also the way they have built the office is really good and spacious. Nice to sit out in the evening and have a cuppa.
