A horrible combination of aggressive and passive aggressive staff! Most 3rd class service ever! People like Sagar are so passive aggressive (he actually lied to be that my data balance was about 2 GB... when I came home and called customer service it was more than 20 GB) and Azhar is downright rude and aggressive. He has harassed me multiple times. The last time I went they were each trying to force me to download the Vi app. Hey it's my choice to not want to. And if I want to do it via the app.... why would I go to the store? And if I've mentioned multiple times that I don't want to download the app.... Get the message and stop forcing. Vodafone has gone down ever since the merger with Idea... but the current state of affairs at Vi... things are clearly far from ok. But this particular branch.... I've only, only ever had bad experiences... mainly because of the cashier Azhar. He's a truly disturbed guy... very, very egoistic.

On my visit to the VI store, I was welcomed by Sagar. I was in to get a new number for international calls. The highlight of my visit was me getting back my old number I had as a kid. I was super thrilled and was shown my way through the best postpaid plan in a very informative and easy going manner. The entire process was swift, paper less and effective. I'd highly recommend the VI Store. kudos to Sagar for being professional and super efficient. cheers!

Absolutely disgusting and fraud. They didn't convert postpaid to prepaid and asked cash for it instead of using online payment. The manager was also rude. There is a reason Vodafone is facing losses. Your customer centric attention is poor, that is why
