Hello everyone, I would like to share some feedback about my experience with the Transform Fitness Class.
I have experienced remarkable transformations in both my weight and body measurements. These changes are a result of following her workout routines and adopting healthier eating habits. It has been two months since I have joined Anita mam's class. I have noticed significant changes in my weight and inches with the help of the workout routines along with healthy eating habits. Our fitness trainer Anita has a holistic approach towards fitness and hence each day the workout sessions are unique which not only helps in overall fitness but also we dont get bored with the sessions. Anita makes it a point to consider all your feedback and modify the exercises accordingly. She is an amazing person who doesn't make you burdensome while conducting the sessions infact she makes you feel at ease. That is also the reason for being regular to my workout sessions. I just love exercising under Anita's guidance. I feel very energetic and full of enthusiasm to start my day after the workout. I would suggest her workout to any one who is looking just not for loosing weight but to be in shape and overall fitness.
