I have had the privilege to practice yoga under the guidance of Rakesh Sir for a short period now and I can surely say my experience was excellent. I strongly would recommend for beginners and people who know yoga but have lost touch and want to restart like me. He has a very keen eye when it comes to correcting postures and also shows scale down versions for those with joint pains. After every class I'm left feeling energetic, happy and calmer for the day.

This yoga class is highly recommended since it have a really good instructor. I joined the class before one month but I can feel the positive change in my mind and body. While performing all the aasan and pranayam Rakesh Sir always shares all the benefits of it. This is the best yoga class I have ever seen.

Rakesh Sir is a very good yoga teacher. He has very good knowledge and rich experience. I'm continuing for last 8 months. He is responsive, guides every individual. Advises asanas and diet as per individual needs after discussion.
