Very nice place to pay your insurance policy

Past three years I'm renewing my vechile insurance here, service was quick and good

The behaviour of the dealer Sri.Ragunath is quite unpleasant and against UIIC's other offices. He told us to stand 4 meters apart which made the audibility harder. He did not even asked me to take a seat for all the time I spent there. Gave wrong information on premium paid already but gave a copy of transfer charges. He could not explain the variation in premia of the last year with current one but was very specific about payment and hastful too. A visit to be forgotten.

Micro office of United India insurance. This small office has about 2+ employees. The manager is always not friendly. This is probably due to the work culture of Government enterprise. Useful office for quick renewals

I have given one star because - I am sitting in hospital for cataract surgery and waiting for approval by insurance. Vidal the TPA has not responded. Pathetic service not controlled by united India insurance.

The service of the staff is always excellent and keep it up . Ultra fast service
