Very knowledgeable coaches. They guide you everything from start to end. They also have healed injuries of various people and believe in mindset of functional fitness and rather than just lifting heavy. You will find a complete new perception to fitness rather than other gyms in Pune. It is slightly on the expensive side which maintains the quality crowd in here and the amount you pay for is totally worth the training. I cleared many misconceptions here which the previous trainers had trained me for in other local Pune Gyms. I will recommend to join Personal Training for best results for minimum 3 months.

The amenities in this gym are top notch. The plus point is that this gym is physically open on one side which is great because of the fresh air. The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable. You can completely trust them and they help you bring out the best in you. I love it over here

Amazing Facility. Nature friendly, instructors are very helpful and teach you progressive overload. They built my basic fitness from minimal and I had a ACL tear. I recommend this gym to everyone. Thanks to all the coaches for making me healthy and fit!

Most amazing gym in Pune. Very knowledgeable trainers and quite a lot open space. Foam rolling and mobility is what was introduced to me here after trying atleast 15 gyms in Pune. They make you understand importance of functional fitness and why you should not go for bodybuilding. Core strength is tremendously developed and my lowerback pain is vanished.

Great trainers. I was constantly getting injured before. They corrected my form in my strength and conditioning, which helped me improve my performance in my sport. It improved my maximal vertical jump and explosivity. Also my rate on injury reduced and i started taking impacts better. I joined personal training 6days/ week with Rajesh Nalawade for 6 months and he worked on my hypertrophy, acceleration, agility, injury prevention and speed. This was my coach guys. Please ask for him when you visit the facility. Training with him is totally worth the experience. See you guys training at the studio. Best workout place for Punekars!!!
