I have so much gratitude for Ajay's classes and teaching! If you have the opportunity, study with him. He is a deeply knowledgable teacher on asana and pranayama practice, on anatomy and how to best sequence classes for real health and healing, as well as yoga history. I was afraid of doing backbends for years until studying under Ajay's guidance, and I can now fearlessless be in Chakrasana and other strong backbends, as he works the releasing postures to rejuvenate the back. My yoga experience with Ajay Sir has been very empowering and improved my fitness to new levels. The class is extremely peaceful and very professionally handled yet caters to each ones needs and weaknesses. Apart from improving my physical health, i have learnt so much about the body and its functioning. Very knowledgable and strengthens your mental health. My journey with Yoga Light began after the first lockdown and I had just recovered from covid, the routine helped bring me back to wellness and strength. The classes are very flexible and good hygiene standard. Due to the second wave there are now online classes and this too is a great experience. Highly recommend !

Yoga light studio is a great gem I found while spending a week in Pune. It's conveniently located in town and Ajay is an excellent teacher. I've been practicing yoga for many years and been to many classes and studios. This studio and Ajay is one of the best. I'm considering taking some workshops with him as well because his explanations are great and he is so willing to share all that he knows. He spends a lot of time with his students and very observant about each detail. Give Yoga light studios a try.
Arriving in Pune I tried several yoga schools and this is the one I liked the most. Mr. Ajay is very experienced in this field and is a well of knowledge in this field. It made me want to become a yoga teacher, which I did in this school. I feel I have acquired knowledge that I will not have acquired elsewhere. The studio is very well furnished, and is located in a quiet area. One of the biggest advantages is that it is a small school, so its teachers are very easily available. During my teacher training, they were able to adapt to my schedules, and also adapt their course to my expectations. Thank you from the heart.
I have been doing yoga at 'The Yoga Light Studios' for more than 1 year. I loved the teaching methods and sequences and hence decided to join their 'Yoga Teachers Training Course'. I'm proud to have completed the same and now am confidently practising and preparing to teach yoga. There are batches for medical therapy for curing disorders as in heart, joints, blood pressure etc. I took therapy for my recurrent lower back pain and it worked wonders. I recommend the yoga studio to all my friends for health, fitness and well being.
