Don't go to this office. Staffs behavior are very bad. They are treating people cheaply.

Govt office slow pace. Also always ask for rs.200 inspection charges bill else inform the manager. The person who does inspection just pockets the 200rs and doesn't even upload the pics to the website. It's a scam.

I recently took a motor insurance for my new car with NIA and it was completely hassle free. I completed all the enquiries over phone where the manager explained me clearly about the policy, made my transactions easily via online mode and got my car insurance policy immediately. The whole process got completed within a span of couple of days. Highly recommend their service to all prospective customers.

My experience with NIA at this branch has been very pleasant. I had reached out to the branch manager Mr. Sandeep during renewal of my health insurance policy. He was very courteous and prompt to help me out with my policy related queries. Hi all, Insurance can be done easily but claiming insurance form this company is. Irritating my friend had an accident before 2 month and he submitted everything for insurance claim documents and he didn't get anything. This company is a spam one.Google can you please take this complaint as higher priority. People please be careful for this company as you may have a chance to loose your money

Initially I had a lot of confusion about the process, the status of the insurance claim and queries. Thanks to the help of Mr.Sandeep rb, The Branch Manager of Tambaram branch , I was able to get details on all processes and requests. He also provided me with the right information and helped me with all requests/queries. He also went the extra mile by visiting the claim hub to get the status on the request on a holiday filled week. I would like to specially thank Sandeep for all the help he has provided.
