The owner definitely needs to grow up. If you aren't able to provide a proper service to the gym members then may be you shouldn't have opened the gym in the first place. Whenever you complain about anything not working or the overall cleanliness of the gym his response is "this is not our main business" or "If you aren't satisfied with the service then you can leave the gym" This happened a bunch of times. Its only been 4 months and I preferred to workout there because it wasn't crowded at all. Well now i know what's the reason behind that. One of my friend cried in the gym today, as the manager had told her rudely that not to ask for exercise suggestions from others. They even have a problem if you help out any of your friends with some exercises. "It isn't allowed" they said. Or even if you talk casually with others and even if you are standing outside the gym right after you just finished your workout. The owner always keeps stalking everyone through surveillance cameras like a little kid. You are not running a SCHOOL, its a GYM.

So the way he advertises his gym is, that city's most elite class are my customers and the next thing you know, the owner tells me " to ma'am aap dekh lijiye, hum aapko 15 minutes aur nhi dae sakte." And he has the audacity to tell me to stop my workout and move out of the gym and at the same time not even willing to pay back my money which were supposed to be for my workout which he is denying. It's not even about money, it's about professionalism. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. He and his staff should learn manners. Beware!!!

The management of the gym needs to learn some manners on how to talk to people. The main motive of working out is to get in shape and release the unnecessary stress, but if you join this gym then instead you will increase that stress in your life.
