Full package of energy and enthusiasm in the gym. Every exercise has its own fixed timing and the trainers are well trained to perform exercises. I joined the morning class of 1 hour 45 minutes, their they first do the Arabics then yoga and further added with gym exercises. Felt very good to do as it impact my body after 3 to 4 days. This workout made by body fit. Loved it .
