Beast Town Fitness - Gym in Phagwara - Kapurthala, India

The worst gym ever. The staff is not at all helpful and very rude. The biometric machine doesn't work properly, even though we are left with the fees they still insist to mark the biometric attendance even though it doesn't recognise the finger print. They don't even turn on the AC but they charge extra 100rs for the sake of AC. The washroom is really dirty and not maintained by the staff. Plz don't come here Thank you so much @Beast Town Fitness for the response.... 1. but I would like to bring it to your notice that yea I was a visitor for not a week but just 3 days...n in that period I didn't even touch an equipment of the gym, and secondly I even paid the fees for that period as well... 2. I didn't notice the problem of the biometric when I was told to pay the fees but it is a problem for me in the biometric system since day one. Even in my government exams my biometric is not identified so even there I get an entry without any problem. My point here is no one could have dirty fingers 24/7. It is just the receptionist was friendly at the first...but then he also stopped co operating. I never ever disobed the rule of biometric system. I try everyday but if it is not identified that's not my problem....u can check that as well in your "cctv" u know.... Even though my fees is left. 3. At the very beginning when I joined the gym...the receptionist told us that from next month the fees will be increased by 100 RS because of AC. But everyday the AC is just turned on after requesting for several times...n I don't get the reason behind turning the ACs on simultaneously... because we request him to turn on the AC to get the temperature cooler...so if one AC is turned on n the other is turned off at the same time there is no point of AC. There is also no place of ventilation in the gym so that's why AC is actually necessary.....not once but several times we have noticed that both the ACs are just turned on when the owner enters the gym...n when asked the receptionist about this he just replies by saying when people are less we don't turn on the AC...I mean... aren't we paying for the same like others??? 4. But yeaa... thank you so much for this experience n time of yours... after the completion of this month's fees we will take our business to some other place but pointing out to my "friend" in your review reply was actually an unnecessary gesture of yours because it was my opinion n Posted from my original account, n there was not even a single mention about him or his point of view in my review...But yeaa anyways thanks

Best gym in phagwara, low cost, very nice environment, staff is friendly and helpful, best thing is it's always clean and all the needed equipments are here. Owner is friendly and always helpful, Highly recommended gym.
