Good service by Mr Sabari of Porur Branch. A couple of months back, I purchased a Samsung mobile. Mr Sabari had provided good service and cleared our doubts at that time. So this time my daughter insisted to purchase a Samsumg mobile for her at Chennai mobiles. We went straight to Mr Sabari and as usual he supported us. He helped in transferring data to the new mobile. We have returned happily.

I buy mobiles here. Neatly explained about mobile features. Gives a clear picture about how the product works. Screen guard,back case, data transfer from old to new mobile can be done here. I bought more than 4 mobiles in the past few years for my family. Well satisfied Free parking lot in front of the shop. It's Difficult to find parking all the time .

The sales staff was very patiently explaining the features and our questions. He is very knowledgeable. During our visit, one of the sales staff triggered the anger of a lady customer and an young man who was with her. There was noisy quarrel between them which had spoiled entire atmosphere in the showroom. I think all the sales staff need to be aware that customers may be wrong, but they are always correct. He should not raise his voice and trigger the anger of customers.

Over all good customer service ! Especially Samsamith and his manager. He went to warehouse to search the product I asked and also showed other products in the price range. Actually I was about to go to another shop due to my budget constraints but they gave their offers and helped me buy in Chennai Mobiles. He spent time abd showed me all accessories very patiently. I really appreciate for a good service on buying a wished product.

Very bad experience...They told 0%EMI....But initially they bought 1500 INR which is not included in product price.IDFC claimed for emi with interest...atlast purchasing redmi note 12 pro 26500 INR + 1500 INR.....Those who r going for EMI please ask details carefully and buy.....they will force you to buy.....
