I always was running towards gym and ignoring yoga, but after these classes i have realised the importance of these classes. Now i feel more refreshed, it has changed my daily habits. Also i think it is also helping me with my health, i am really feeling positive about my health and noticing some very noticeable differences in my health. I really think that proper guidance and training is a must, otherwise you will might not fully utilise the benefits of yoga.
