I have recently joined National school of Yoga, Sector-8, Rohini to regain my strength after overcoming some medical condition. I am having a great time here, all my mentors are very polite and encouraging. It's like an hour of positivity helping me to endure and regulate all the challenges of the day. I have become healthier, happier and more positive ever since I introduced this new habit in my life.

As a newly joined I am able to learn the postures correctly the meaning of the yoga asanas benefits harm ad many more . I feel so comfortable and so good the communication skills the environment and everything there have a fresh vibe.. I just love it

I joined yoga 1 month ago with Mr. Aman Kumar Bhagat sir. He is fully committed towards yoga and enthusiastic about bring a change in others. He really helped me in making me fit and strong and flexible.
