I am doing yoga classes in the guidance of Yogacharya Anu ji for the last couple of months. She is a very devoted, punctual, hard working and helpful teacher. Her efforts on me have helped me strenghthen my muscles enough to become independent and gain releif from the pain in my knees. I am reallt thankful to her.

In my view, Mrs. Anu Kapoor sahiba is a very good yoga instructor. She is a very cooperative and painstaking teacher. She is also very punctual in taking classes. I have been her student and learned yoga under her supervision. Apart from fixed time of classes, if any student feels / have any difficulty, she listens to his / her problem and try to solve it. Charges are also minimal as compared to the others. As far as my case is concerned I found her very supportive and caring If somebody wants to learn yoga I would recommend her name.
