Bad service. Go there only if you have no other place left. Staff is average It is a sort of clinic. At night there is no doctor for emergency treatment. They will do only ECG at night and tell you to come next day for opd checkup. Not recommended

I am writing to express my utmost concern and disappointment following my recent visit to your esteemed medical facility. My purpose for the visit was to seek medical attention for my father, but I am compelled to address the unprofessional conduct displayed by Dr. Sudan during the consultation. Throughout the appointment, Dr. Sudan exhibited a distressing level of arrogance and a complete lack of professionalism. Not only did he neglect to communicate effectively, but he also showed no interest in addressing my concerns as a patient advocate. This lack of empathy and disregard for our worries left us feeling utterly ignored and vulnerable during a time when reassurance and guidance were crucial. It was profoundly disheartening to witness Dr. Sudan prioritize business interests over patient care. The focus on profits over genuine well-being is deeply troubling and entirely unacceptable in a medical profession.

Pathetic service. It's not a hospital it's like a low cost clinic with only one Doctor. The lady staff at reception is a liar of highest order and keeps telling lies. Overall a pathetic experience. Not at all recommended

Worst hospital There is only one main specialist doctor and even he comes to hospital 2pm ,the patient have to wait atleast 3 or 4 hours

Very poor service even Dr sooden didn't entertain the patient, only inexperienced staff are there to entertain the patient and focus on profit only by way of un necessary investigations. I request to everyone plz take ur patient anywhere but not in sooden heart care centre if u love ur family members.

They deserve zero star. The staff is very rude, irresponsible and egoistic. Charges extra fee and the receptionist is not showing a proper sence of responsibility, they really should do something.

Overall experience is bad because of the amount of time i have to waste till i get my checkup. You have to went at hospital at 6 am to get numbers because Doc only check 25 patient a day. But doctor arrive till 11-12 am and only 1 doctor is their and other are only attendent. They only emphasis on money you will get treatment but you have to spend your whole day at hospital because of only one Doctor and he is taking all the cream which is generated from this hospital. Though he is hardworking no doubt but they can hire some other doctors to ease the patient.

Worst hospital for cardio patients. No emergency service is there. You have to wait for 5 to 6 hours to meet doctors. Only 2 to 3 doctors are there in whole hospital. No hospital hygiene is there. No additional services. Better to go another cardio hospital .
