Sahil is a great instructor who can cater to different levels and individual needs. I have been attending his classes at this training centre for a couple of weeks now and for someone who doesn't normally practice it's really great. He is very patient and a great teacher. He gives individual attention to everyone in the group class. Thoroughly enjoyed my yoga classes here. Highly recommend for beginners as well as pro's.

Excellent. The classes are very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the students. I feel comfortable at all times, treated with love and respect and feeI in presence of a true teacher. Swadhyay yoga studio is the best place to practice yoga and Sahil sir interacts with each person and teaches yoga in a very unique style. He is a wonderful person inside out and gives his 100% in each class.
