Great place to learn authentic yoga. The ambience is also really good. Yoga is not a set of exercises, it is much bigger science to unite body, mind and spirit. They know this in principle and practice and help realize the true value of Yoga.

Yoga uses physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation to improve overall health. I am learning yoga from Riya ma'am. She is very polite and nice yoga trainer.She also guided me about my eating habits and paid attention to my postures.
