SPOT ON Hotel Surya - Hotel in Rourkela - Sundargarh, India

Hotel staff behaviour was extremely poor i Booked with Oyo and they are asking for more price then mentioned in Oyo don't book this hotel.

Rooms are not cleaned enough. Washroom door was broken. Provided bedsheets and pillows are looking very dirty. I have experienced remnants of rice or vomiting on the bathroom mug.

It is located in Gt lane, main road Rourkela, location is near railway station, bus stand, market. But hotel location area is not good.

Clean room, Both AC and non ac rooms are available . AC rooms are 1300 and non AC are 900 price. Check in and check out time is 12PM to 11AM . U can also booked rooms from OYO .

Stay was good but comparatively high price

Very poor services. They are not providing the room at what price we are booking from Oyo app. This hotel should be removed by Oyo from their list. A very disgusting and non tolerable service of this hotel. I would request from the people that avoid booking this hotel you may have to suffer from their rude behaviour. Please don't book this hotel after reading my this review try booking another hotel whose review is better.

The behavior of the manager was uncouth at first. When we (me and my friend) arrived at the hotel at night, the manager said that there are no rooms available and refused to recognize our booking. Thankfully, a boy (one of their employees) came to our rescue and checked on computer and alloted us an AC room. In the AC room, neither there was an AC remote nor the TV was working. Room was clean however. My request to OYO is, please take into account the manager's (a middle aged man wearing spectacles) uncouth behavior so that guests aren't harassed at night.
