One of the worst !! Hotel I have Visited till date. Very Very Rude and Argumental Behaviour. Don't Go to this Hotel, I say never. Search nearby there's a lot of very Good Hotels

worst customer service. no safety and security. they don't take booking even if the rooms are available. very rude behavior of the front desk executive and very unprofessional behavior. Not recommended for stay.

AC not working, finally agreed non-ac tariff. In house restaurant, close to Railway Station when one go out from Platform 1. Food Quality is o.k but non- veg not available.

Property is near railway station, old building, room r average, matress is coil type and pillow r ok.. Good for 1 night stay. Not suggested for long stay

The booking process was really convenient. I don't know about the deluxe rooms (photographs are really nice), BUT the standard room where we stayed was not that qualitative. It could have been more clean. Lack of windows made zero ventilation. And the bathroom was not tidy. With taking care of these things, this hotel can be a good option for its location and service.

AC not cooling properly, tast of food was not upto the mark, room size is too small. Room no I stayed was 208

Great place to stay with an affordable price range as hotels is close to railway station and Bus stand it will be suitable to communicate As far room are great and the service is way better than other hotels I stayed the staff are very friendly for me it was a great stay
