SPOT ON Hotel Deluxe Residency - Hotel in Rourkela - Sundargarh, India

I've been to this place like 5-6 times and it's good with money and their staff behaviour. Just 1-2 cons , the building is of closed type , so without electricity you can't stay inside your room and another one is it always looks a bit messy. Don't know , for it's design or for it's decent rooms .

The location of the hotel is a little away from the station and is in some corner. Like the photo of the room shown in oyo was different from that. But there is no problem with check in. It is inside the street from the old post office road. You may not be able to find the hotel with the help of Google Maps. Thank You

It's an old hotel cum lodge with very average rooms with low price but very near to railway station. Rest all are below standard..the amenities are not so updated a cement floored hotel with old furnitures..not so clean..

Hotel denies check-in upon arrival. Booked the room for my friends via MakeMyTrip. After a long 7 hour journey upon their arrival, the receptionist said that they have stopped taking bookings from MMT. If that is the case why didn't they remove their hotel listing from MakeMyTrip website? Still to this day, It's available for booking on the site. This is a pure harassment from their side. I should have listened to other reviewers about the same issue. Please don't make the same mistake as I did. Don't book the hotel online.

I am booking Oyo online a room and payment quick at night 11:30 PM and I coming to hotel 12:00 AM And hotel maneger not a dooar opening not a call recieve my experience is bad....

This is very nice and cheap all because of its different price range. Location is good staff is good, service is good too. The thing which i don't like about this hotel is the bed sheet which he provide and pillow cover is dirty. I asked them to change and they did also but after that it was dirty to kind of unremovable stains. Apart from its is very nice hotel to stay

According to price this hotel is good behavior of staff aslo good
