I had a horrible experience at this store recently. Very much like those listed here. Perhaps I was perceived as an annoying "low end" customer because I wanted to hear an SBH54. Wow. What a mistake. The completely arrogant owner and coworker began barking about their credentials: When I stated a product sounded really great he replied: "Yeah, that's because I know what I'm doing, we know our stuff here, blah blah blah..." It was unbelievable. Rude arrogant and unwelcoming. My advice, listen here and buy on the internet at a cheaper price. There was no way I was giving these guys my money after being treated that way.

Staff over here gets little rude if the question is asked twice if the customer did not understand and if asked for a demo that staff makes faces but explanation and suggesting the best for the customer they do well in this. Loved the place just need to focus on the staffs over here as they should answer in good and smiling way even if the customer is asking 10 times. It's your business so you should be always polite and smiling while customer ask you anything about the product.

Only sales no sevice Don't Entainteain customers who will spend more time If you want to talk to your phone, you have to leave the shop and use phone

if u tried calling you they will never pick up shops landline phone though they give you their visiting card with three landline number printed u will never get answer their phone

The overall collection of products is OK. They do not have the very latest at times. The representative at the Xperia booth was very rude.
