I gave my Suzuki Access for service as it had long recurring lag problem. Their service from start to end was very smooth. The issue was resolved and my bike goes smooth now. Thanks Ms.Tarminla and Team for your response and good service.

I went to this showroom 2 weeks before. I was greeted by the Sales Manager Mr. ARUN. who made great efforts to make me feel welcome and comfortable at your showroom. He was kind enough to show us around the showroom. I have to say that this was by far my best bike shopping experience(this is my 5th motorcycle). He was adept as well as very informative. He continuously following up with me about vehicle status. He arranged the delivery on time. He also shared the vehicle photos when they doing Teflon coating. It gives me more trust on SMK and its team members. I wish them to continue the same level of support. Hope I'll get a good service support in future as well. Once again I thank Mr. ARUN for his extensive support.

Very very worst experience I have ever had. No proper response. Have to followup each and everything still they won't give proper response. I left service in August stating my brake has to be checked. They haven't do so. I met with an accident had 7 stitches. Again when I left vehicle for service this month they told my battery is weak has to be replaced. When they gave my vehicle they told they will arrange the battery within next 3 working days. It's been a week but there is no response. I am keep on calling but no response. Feeling very bad

quality work has done but there is no proper cleaning was done on my bike and always delay in delivering the bike even though we informed them 2 hours before..Raised complaint after that they are started doing cleaning..They are charging for water wash and cleaning but 3rd time facing the same issues..

Very poor customer service. They didn't treat well,we planned to book the vehicle in full payment by today, but no one response properly.. Kindly correct this

This is my third service in SMK Suzuki, the service is good and quick, Able to get a delivery in oneday But at the delivery time they not stand with us to check the vehicle, they just collect the additional slip and vanished from that place. Last two times it's ok there is no issue, so just got the vehicle and came, This time totally disappointed

Very poor and worst service . I have never seen this type of bad service ever. I gave my vehicle for service here before a month and getting it now only. I called many times everyday but they did not even respond properly.

Good place to buy. Bought a Burgmann recently. Initially had some trouble. Finally got satisfied. Thanks to good service from Ms.Nargis and Mr.Gokul.
