Very supportive manager and staff. We did stay in a quadriple room , A/C. Wash room is very clean. Well maintained. A/C in good condition. Mainly, the room charge was very reasonable. They had a vehicle rent service too. So it was easy for us to reach the airport on time. If you want a clean room with a supportive staff, I think this is one of the best in that area.

Rooms are very very neat and very good reception and housekeeping and budget hotel for all people's. Used to stay every month and found they maintained very very well.... Do visit and stay.. Also they have guide to see Chennai and they arrange trip with reasonable price.....

I recently spent 4 nights at this property. The property is located at a busy street where there are plenty of restaurants close by. Room service team are doing a fantastic job around the clock to ensure the entire place is clean and tidy. Only thing I noticed needs improvement is their WI-FI, it's horribly slow and won't connect at times.

I didn't stay there but just checked out one ac room it was good 2 big beds . But no windows. No monthly rent. Quite expensive according to me 1.2k per night

Stayed at SM mansion last week over all experience was very good, neat and clean rooms, good linen, well maintained wash rooms and well behaved staffs. Going by taxi is will be a small challenge but will get plenty of autos.

This Hotel is present in a very shady area in Mannadi street. When we reached the hotel the receptionist denied us of availability of any rooms inspite of us having made a prepaid booking through Agoda. They said they can shift us to a different hotel of their contact with a same price. We were okay with the solution until when the receptionist questioned us about our relationship and then straightaway denied us for the stay because we were unmarried couple. We tried mitigating with the property owner since it was midnight 12.30 am through call but he as well vehemently denied us of any solution. The hotel's page in Agoda nowhere mentions that it doesn't allows unmarried couples. We had to call Agoda customer care and report about this hotel. Fortunately they gave us a refund and have taken this case into account. Choose this hotel at your own risk, you may get stranded.

Had stayed for a few days on a visit to Chennai in september 2021. Gentleman manager. Good attendants. Charm & mystique of multicultural Mannady. Wishing SM mansions more success & prosperity.
