He has immense knowledge of all the exercises , the muscles that exercise is targeting, the role of breathing in and out etc. He really cares and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. He is super hard working, always available no matter how hectic his schedule is. He gives online training also . He also has many international online trainees..He keeps you motivated. I m with him from 3 months for my postpartum weight loss journey and i can see a positive change!! Highly recommended!
