So it's been a month now.... I would like to share my gratitude and personal view towards neha mam.... I would say that she is one of the best trainer, mental coach, and nutritionist in Tricity. She is too much devoted towards her profession and too much deciplined.. Even I would like yo tell you that I never used to be morning person... But after seeing the decipline and positive vibes of mam I learnt now to get up early in the morning and its my first month I dropped 5.5kgs.. That would a remarkable achievement for me... For all the positivity and learnings I really thankfull from my core.... GRACIOUS

Neha mam is one of the best trainer in tricity....i found her on internet and believe me it is one the best thing that has happened to me. Being a patient of PCOS weight loss was an extremely tough task for me.Moreover, my body literally lacked strength and flexibility .In one month of training with her i have seen a-lot of improvement not only in terms of strength and flexibility but also inch loss. She is master of her work and is very professional. Yeah she is strict sometimes but i guess thats what a personal trainer should be.
