I am working professional & needed to take care of my diet & workout. First I took diet and nutrition consultation for which I got great results Even with my ailments i saw improvement. I then took guidance for workout plan to aid my lower back stiffness and Hamstrings stiffness due to sitting job. I can see improvement in one month of following the same. I would highly recommend to take diet plan consultation & even Workout plan consultation as he guides very well & also teaches about nutrition which we are not aware. Thank you
