But, according to me, what really made Shanti Mukand stand out from the others was the super professional yet friendly approach that the entire staff carried itself with. Right from the receptionists, to the nursing staff, to the doctors, everything was super-smooth. The doctors connect to their patients providing them personalized attention, and are absolutely honest with their work. The administration is smooth as well. Right from admittance to medicines to post treatment care, everything is transparent, smooth and efficient. You are not unnecessarily overcharged for anything. They don't recommend complicated procedures unless absolutely necessary. I would surely recommend Shanti Mukand to everyone.

At Shanti Mukund Hospital, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Raju Kumar taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Also the staff is very friendly and professional specially Mr. Ravi Kant Floor Manager. Highly recommended.

Dialysis deptt is very casual and careless. They performed dialysis on low BP due to which our patient life is critical and in high risk of life, presently in ICU struggling for her life. On 14th November ICU asked the Dialysis machine for our High Risk patient but dialysis people sent dialysis machine @ 7.45pm. delay of around 6hours time and that too in same hospital. Thanks for making our normal patient to critical one. So if you're or your patient is on dialysis, please strictly avoid this hospital.

We had a very promising experience at Shanti Mukund Hospital! My mom was there for more than 10 days , those 10 days were so magical because of their magical staff The doctors and support staff are not only very well trained but also very supportive. I would like to extend my special thanks to DR.Fateh Singh he was very courteous and helpful throughout our stay at hospital. It was such a wonderful experience with Shanti Mukund Hospital. I am so glad we chose Shanti Mukund Hospital and would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Very nice atmosphere of the hospital cleaniness all over very gud. My father admitted in room-106-B Shri Prem Chand under Dr Aman Rohtagi i m really greatful to have consultant like him polite nature and very helpful person. In admin Ravi floor mgr help us a lot during admission time. All nursing very gud staff.

I would not recommend this hospital to any one until and unless it is an emergency situation . We were recommended for surgery of my mother age 60 years in this hospital by the doctor we consulted. The main reason do dislike this hospital is the poor quality of manpower they have. Their ground level staff is Untrained, Lack of awareness and irresponsible. Their attitude towards patients is irresponsible and irritating. The rooms and amenities are out dated and old but a good service always covers All the disadvantages of any organisation, specially Hospital. Only go if there is an emergency.

Full marks to the hospital facilities and one star has been deducted on few grounds stated here. Visit of doctors should be supervised or managed. On the date of discharge, doctor assigned to me has not visited for final counselling and rest of day his visit was casual. Probably that was due to his high experience or less time but being a patient I should be advised or briefed on every reports and findings including plan of medicine/ treatment for recovery. It is my personal experience and I look forward that management should work upon it to satisfy the patient on treatment provided and their wellness. Rest everything is as per expectations. Cleaning and food quality is very good at hospital. I must say this is an economical hospital in East Delhi. Recommended. Thanks

Very bed experience, staff was very rude, Dr. was totally unexperienced, They were not capable to analyise the reports, hospital was very expensive . whether ECO test was not conducted but Dr. told me ECO report is ok. So in future I will not suggest to anyone to recommend this hospital.
