lovely atmosphere & lovely peoples equipment are up to date and good as well

The gym is good. All the machines are in good conditions. The mentors are also helpful . They won't baby spoon you but will ensure that whatever you do is good according to your body. They also provide with a regular diet chart(not much helpful) but custom diet chart is not available. Try to bring your own water bottle and towels for your hygiene. Apart from that it would be wise to bring your own earphones/speakers since they always play the same music

Nice gym it does have all the equipment you might need but does not have good storage or changing place.

Disgusting gym . They don't repair their machines until n unless it stops working altogether . Completely unprofessional trainer n supposed owner with poor ethics n etiquettes

Great gymenvironment, nice music and cooperative staff.
